- Yardage: 95 (160, 190, 215) (240, 270) yds
- Hooks: G (4 mm) for the brim and G+/7 (4.5 mm) for the rest of the hat, or the size you need for gauge
- Gauge: 15 sts and 14 rows = 4 in in stitch pattern repeat, not blocked
- Construction: Brim worked flat in rows and joined, then the houndstooth is worked in the round, alternating colors every other round
- Notions: removable stitch markers, yarn needle, scissors, pompom (optional)
