Hello, beautiful fair isle crochet mittens! And I am saying hello loudly because the Squirrel Mittens Crochet Pattern has been a goal of mine for a long time. After some attempts, I finally nailed it and I’m so excited to wear these for the one day it’s cold in Florida lol.

There is a video instruction to guide you through the important steps to create these mittens: https://youtu.be/bccCTDsTqVE Please subscribe and follow :)

I love this pattern and how my mittens turned out. I used two colors for a more traditional look and I think they came out great. I used wool ease recycled and a 3.25mm hook.

I am obsessed with these mittens -- the perfect design and a gentle intro to fair isle crochet! I have small hands, so I made a number of modifications (3mm hook, plus shortening the top and the bottom parts of the pattern) in order to get it to work for my hands. I chose a light gray/white/slate blue color palette and it's really fabulous. They are my most beloved crochet creation. SO cute. Thanks for the great pattern and helpful video!

Beautiful pattern. Only just started, but I've used many patterns from this designer (esp fair isle style) and they are terrific. The video is extremely useful and the chart is very clear and easy to read.

The pattern is easily understandable, but you must be aware that if you are used to making Amigurumis, you will need to LOOSEN your tension a LOT for ssc :)

Beautiful, easy follow pattern. There is a YouTube video for any tricky bits.

Briana is a crochet trailblazer. I follow her patterns in my neverending quest to crochet things that look knit! Only wish would be to maybe make these in a DK weight. I'm trying to figure out how to do it!
